Collaboration & Portals
Distributors serve themselves, from the catalog they are entitled to
Each partner sees its own assortment, pricing and download formats, so recurring data requests become self-service without opening the master.
The capability
Replace the request inbox with entitlements
Manufacturers field constant requests from distributors and dealers for updated product files, images and price lists. Each request is assembled by hand, and different partners receive inconsistent versions.
Autonera's partner portal applies entitlements per partner: brands, regions, assortments, price visibility and permitted download formats. Partners browse and download the current, approved data they are entitled to. Updates are available as soon as they are approved, and partners can subscribe to change notifications.
Downloads and views are logged so channel managers can see which partners are using current data. The portal consumes the same governed content as syndication, so self-service and automated feeds never disagree.
