Data Syndication
Know what every destination accepted, rejected and is still processing
Publication jobs report acknowledgements per record. Rejections are grouped by cause, routed to owners and resubmitted only once corrected.
The capability
Sent is not the same as accepted
A feed that was delivered successfully can still be partially rejected by the destination. Without acknowledgement tracking, teams assume products are live when they are not, and discover the gap through customers or sales reps.
Autonera records every publication job with the records it contained and the acknowledgement from the destination for each one. Rejections are normalized into causes, grouped and routed to the team that owns the fix: assets, product data or channel content.
Recovery is selective. Once a record is corrected, it is resubmitted on its own; accepted records are not resent. Publication history shows which version of each record each destination accepted and when.
How it works
Recover a partially rejected distributor feed
Mark rejected records as corrected and resubmit. Only corrected records are sent again and the history records the recovery job.

Problems it solves
Where this work usually breaks down
- 01
Delivered but not live
Feeds succeed technically while destinations reject records.
- 02
Rejections in many portals
Errors are scattered across partner and marketplace portals.
- 03
Full resends
Teams resend entire feeds to fix a few records.
- 04
No owner for the fix
Rejections sit with integration teams who cannot fix content.

- Acknowledgements are captured for each distributor feed.
- Rejections are grouped by cause.
- Image issues route to the asset team and identifiers to product data.
- Corrected records are resubmitted selectively.
Result: The team knows what is live at each distributor and fixes rejections at the source.

Buyer FAQs
Questions evaluators ask
How are acknowledgements collected?
From destination responses, APIs or files where the destination provides them. Availability varies by destination and is confirmed during evaluation.
How is this different from Integration Replay?
Replay recovers technical message failures. Publishing monitoring handles business rejections from destinations.
Are accepted records resent?
No. Recovery resubmits corrected records only.
Can partners see their own rejections?
Partner-facing visibility can be provided through the partner portal where appropriate.
Is history retained?
Yes. Jobs, acknowledgements and resubmissions are retained for audit.
