Data Integration
Downstream systems hear about changes the moment they matter
Change detection emits events at field level. Subscribers receive only the changes they care about, coalesced so a burst of edits becomes one delivery.
How it works
Emit changes and watch them route
Emit field changes for two products. Adjust the coalescing window to see raw events combine into fewer deliveries, each routed only to subscribers of those fields.
EMIT CHANGES (1.5 s apart)
0 raw events → 0 deliveries
- No changes yet. Emit an event to see routing.
The capability
From nightly batch to change-driven flow
Nightly full exports keep systems a day behind and move far more data than changed. Polling APIs waste capacity. Neither tells a downstream system what actually changed.
Autonera detects changes at attribute level and publishes events with the entity, fields and new values. Subscriptions define which fields each consumer cares about, so ERP hears about weight and unit changes while the storefront hears about content. Bursts of edits within a window are coalesced into one delivery to avoid flooding consumers.
Webhooks, queues and schedules can be combined: urgent fields can be pushed immediately while bulk changes are delivered on a schedule. Delivery attempts, failures and retries are monitored, and replay is handled by Integration Replay & Reconciliation.
Problems it solves
Where this work usually breaks down
- 01
Systems a day behind
Nightly batches delay corrections that customers see immediately.
- 02
Full exports for small changes
Thousands of records move because one attribute changed.
- 03
Event storms
Each keystroke in a bulk edit triggers its own downstream update.
- 04
Invisible delivery failures
Webhook errors go unnoticed until data diverges.
Functional capabilities
What Event-Driven Integration & Change Detection includes
- Field-level change detection
- Emit events identifying the entity, changed fields and values.
- Subscriptions
- Let each consumer subscribe to entities, fields and conditions.
- Coalescing
- Combine bursts of changes into a single delivery per window.
- Webhooks and queues
- Deliver events by webhook or message queue with authentication.
- Schedules
- Combine immediate and scheduled incremental delivery.
- Delivery monitoring
- Track attempts, failures and latency per subscriber.
In industrial operations
A motor manufacturer keeps ERP, storefront and search current
A nightly export updated every system with 180,000 records even when a few hundred had changed.
- Subscriptions are defined per system and field.
- Content changes push to the storefront within the window.
- Weight and unit changes route to ERP.
- Failures are monitored and retried.
Result: Each system receives the changes relevant to it, when they happen.
Autonomous operations
How autonomous execution changes event-driven integration & change detection
Agents watch delivery health and adapt schedules within policy, escalating persistent failures to integration owners.
Agents carry out
- Monitor delivery latency and errors
- Retry transient failures
- Detect subscribers falling behind
- Summarize changes per consumer
People decide
- Define subscriptions
- Approve new consumers
- Decide urgent versus scheduled fields
Evidence recorded
- Event log per consumer
- Delivery attempts and outcomes
- Subscription changes

Buyer FAQs
Questions evaluators ask
Are events emitted for every field?
Change detection covers attributes, relationships and assets. Subscriptions decide which events each consumer receives.
How are webhooks secured?
Webhook authentication methods are confirmed during evaluation; signed payloads and credentials scoped per consumer are typical requirements.
What if a consumer is down?
Deliveries are retried and failures are visible. Replay and reconciliation recover missed changes.
Can we still run batch exports?
Yes. Scheduled incremental and full exports can run alongside events.
Is event ordering guaranteed?
Ordering guarantees depend on transport and configuration and are confirmed during evaluation.
