Product Experience Management
Catalogs assembled from live product data, not copy and paste
Select an assortment, a layout and a language. The catalog is built from approved product content and stays tied to it through every revision.
How it works
Plan a dealer catalog
Choose sections, layout and language. Pagination and section start pages recalculate, so editors can plan the edition before anything is designed.

The capability
A catalog is a view of the product master
Industrial companies still produce dealer catalogs, line cards and market-specific price books. When those are assembled by exporting data into design files, every revision starts from scratch and errors are discovered after printing.
Autonera defines a catalog as an assortment, a structure of sections, a layout per section and a locale. Products, attributes and approved assets flow in from the governed record. Changes to products are visible as revisions, so editors review what moved before a new edition is produced.
Outputs can be prepared as digital catalogs, flipbook-ready files or structured data for publishing tools. Brand and editorial guidelines are enforced at assembly rather than by proofreading afterwards.
Problems it solves
Where this work usually breaks down
Catalogs out of date at launch
Price and specification changes made during production never reach the layout.
Manual assortment selection
Teams copy product lists between spreadsheets for every edition.
Localization multiplies work
Each language edition is produced separately.
No revision control
Nobody can show what changed between editions.

In industrial operations
A fluid-handling manufacturer publishes annual dealer catalogs
The catalog took four months to assemble, and price and spec changes during that time created costly reprints.
- The dealer assortment is defined by rules.
- Sections use spec tables for fittings and feature spreads for new products.
- French and Spanish editions use locale attributes.
- Editors review revisions before each output.
Result: Catalogs reflect current product data and every edition has a reviewable change history.
