Data Syndication
Know which products a channel will accept before you send them.
Each destination has its own requirements. Autonera scores every product against them, distinguishes blocking gaps from improvements and opens publication only when a product is eligible.
How it works
Score an assortment against a destination
Switch destinations to see how the same products score differently. Select a product and supply missing attributes to make it eligible.
- Title · weight 3 · blockingPresent
- Primary image · weight 3 · blockingPresent
- GTIN · weight 3 · blocking
- Brand · weight 2 · blockingPresent
- Pressure rating · weight 1Present
- Country of origin · weight 2 · blocking
Publication is gated until GTIN, Country of origin are supplied.
Problems it solves
Where this work usually breaks down
Rejections after submission
Marketplaces return listings for missing identifiers that could have been caught beforehand.
One score for every channel
A 90% complete product still cannot be sold through the channel that needs the missing 10%.
No owner for the gap
Teams know a product is not ready but not who should supply what.
Launches held for optional content
Without separating blocking and optional attributes, products wait unnecessarily.
The capability
Readiness is per channel, not one completeness percentage
A product can be complete for your own B2B site and unacceptable to a marketplace that requires a GTIN and brand, or to an export distributor that needs customs tariff codes. A single completeness percentage hides those differences and leads to rejected submissions.
Channel Readiness defines requirements per destination: which attributes are needed, how much each contributes and which are blocking. Autonera evaluates every product against each channel and produces a weighted score, a list of missing attributes and an eligibility decision.
Blocking gaps prevent publication to that channel only. Each gap can be routed to the owner of the attribute, such as compliance for tariff codes or digital assets for images. As gaps close, products become eligible automatically and syndication picks them up.

In industrial operations
A distributor prepares a valve range for a marketplace launch
Four hundred valves are complete on the distributor's own site, but the marketplace requires GTIN, brand and country of origin.
- The marketplace requirement profile is applied to the range.
- Products lacking GTIN are routed to the item master team; missing origin data to compliance.
- Eligible products are released to syndication as their blocking gaps close.
- Optional attributes are tracked for later improvement without holding the launch.
Result: Submissions contain only products the marketplace will accept, and every gap has an owner.
Autonomous operations
How autonomous execution changes channel readiness
Agents evaluate readiness continuously and source missing values where approved, while channel owners define requirements and release.
Agents carry out
- Recalculate readiness when data or requirements change
- Find missing values in approved sources
- Route gaps to owners
- Release newly eligible products to syndication
People decide
- Define channel requirements and weights
- Approve values sourced by agents
- Decide launch timing
Evidence recorded
- Readiness history per product and channel
- Gap assignments and resolutions
- Requirement profile versions

Buyer FAQs
Questions evaluators ask
Can requirements differ by category within a channel?
Yes. Requirement profiles can combine channel and category, for example different attributes for valves and fasteners.
How is the score calculated?
Each required or optional attribute has a weight. The score is the weighted share of attributes present. Eligibility depends only on blocking attributes.
Does readiness check values, or only whether fields are filled?
It can include validation rules, so a malformed GTIN counts as missing.
Can a product be eligible for one channel and blocked for another?
Yes. Eligibility is evaluated independently per channel.
How does this differ from Validation & Completeness?
Validation defines rules for the data itself. Channel Readiness applies destination requirements to decide publication eligibility.
